Inclusion Programme

Foothold delivers a programme that is specifically designed to provide additional support & guidance to those who might be considering self-employment for the first time.

Clients that will particularly benefit from the Inclusion program are: Women & Lone Parents, Young People (18-30), Welsh Speakers and those of us who are over 50 years. The support offers:

• One-to-one support from a specially trained business advisor who can help you explore and develop your business idea
• To build your confidence in a relaxed environment
• Help you to improve your skills
• Consider the pros and cons of self-employment
• The opportunity to talk about individual issues such as childcare and balancing home & work life by focusing on your needs
• Look at how you can overcome problems that are preventing you from taking your ideas forward.

We also have workshops available where you can meet like-minded people and explore the option of running your own business.

The Inclusion Programme is funded by the Welsh Assembly so the service is totally free of charge.
