Foothold Enterprise Agency employs a fully qualified Human Resource Officer who has a wealth of experience in the field of Human Resources.

Human Resource Management Audit

Our easy to understand and simple to complete HR Audit will enable us to provide you with a written report that highlights your current provision of Human Resource Management (HRM). The report will provide details of the pitfalls of not complying with employment laws and the necessary steps that can be taken to rectify any apparent problems.

Policy and Procedure

Following the completion of a HR Audit, or subsequent to a specific request from you, we will be able to develop your provision of HRM. Based upon your current practises and recognised procedures we will develop policies and written procedures so that they can be easily communicated and understood by current and future staff, minimising confusion and discontent should a query over your policy or procedure arise.

Such policies and procedures will provide a benefit to you, clear guidelines for staff and ensure you remain sensitive to changes in employment law. They may include:

In parallel to the provision of policy and procedure we are able to develop documentation that will facilitate you in the smooth running of your business. We can provide documentation for managers for all aspects of employment such as contracts for new starters through to letters of resignation acceptance.
