STRATEGIC PLANNING
Purpose
Every business and individual reaches a stage when there is a need to stop and ask three basic questions. Where are we now? Where do we want to be and when? What is the best route to get us there? These three questions need to be asked constantly and then, through a series of examinations and debate, strategic plans need to be made to reach whatever goals are set. There is a simple process that can be followed that allows the plan to come together and we will examine and follow the process building up a simple system for all delegates to follow.
